CrushGeo provides AI Search Optimisation services for small and medium businesses. We run live visibility audits via the public APIs of ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude, and we deliver tailored structured-data snippets that help AI engines correctly identify and cite a business.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using CrushGeo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Use of Service

• You may submit a website only if you have the right to represent it
• You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our audit reports or snippets
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse

4. Accuracy of Information

AI visibility scores reflect real-time responses from third-party AI engines at the moment of testing. Results may change as AI engines update their training data and indexes. We do not guarantee a specific ranking outcome. Always re-test after 60 days to confirm propagation.

5. Payments & Refunds

Paid features (the fix snippet and instructions) are charged as one-time payments processed by Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if the delivered snippet does not function as described, contact us at support@crushgeo.com for a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on CrushGeo is owned by Ron's Startup Studio. Generated snippets become your property upon successful payment and may be embedded on the audited website indefinitely.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ron's Startup Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
